Send your prescription electronically to be mailed directly to your home through the Home Delivery Medication Program, if it is clinically appropriate and the preventive and chronic condition medication is on the home delivery formulary (Click here for more information on how to get started, including a list of available medications)
Utilize your pharmacy plan and send it to a local or mail order pharmacy if the medication is not available through the Home Delivery Medication Program
